Sydney Wedding Photography – Rebecca and Todd’s little flashback!

Sydney Wedding Photography

These two met on a dance floor (with some stars) and were still on a dance floor (under lots of stars) when Pete and I left them last weekend.

Here’s a few moments in between all that. Below is some of the day that Rebecca and Todd joined hands together to head out onto the dance floor of The waltz of life.

These two are now one. They are so in love. They can conquer the world together.

We had such an awesome and crazy, yet exhilarating, weekend down in my old home town, the beautiful Sydney.

Thank you for allowing us to share some time with your awesome friends and families on such a hugely important day in both your lives, even with some Black Swans, smoke, the sun (we get enough of that up this way, but we love it) and the much needed rain (we don’t get so much of that). And even with quite an angry, yet I found also mildly amusing?, resident (who may be either smoke or colour intolerant, or both I think – he should get that looked at *winks*).

Life’s not so hard really, with all these first world problems we have out our front doors is it? No. 🙂

Thanks for having Pete and I along, Bec and Todd. We are proud togs, smiling. 🙂

I have just had so much fun reliving your day while surfing through all mine and Pete’s photos of the whole day, picking the keepers, crying with embarrassment at some of the rest, laughing at you guys for a lot as well (with you I meant), I felt I needed to share a few more than just a couple this time…I like to change it up now and then.

Hope you like these until the rest come your way very soon.

Australian Outback Wedding Photography – Dougal and India

Dougs and Indi met each other in the city but both grew up in the country.

So what better place to get married than out in the little country town of Glen Innes. The connection they have because of their country roots is something special. They both hope to move back to the country soon, and why not I say, it’s beautiful out there, calming, and where these two lovers are most at home.

India’s awesome Gold pumps are by Aquazzura and her gown is by Yulia McAuley Couture, I have never seen a dress like it, stunning!

Guys thank you for having me along, for being so hospitable and so relaxed on what was such a huge day!

I loved the experience of a wool shed wedding reception, straw and festoon lights everywhere. Also Indi, your parents’ property is amazing, congrats to your mum for all the work in the gardens to get it so perfect

Hope you like this sneak peek of what is to come keeps you happy for now.

More to come soon.

The gods must have had a tough night before Candy and Ruffy’s big day. Pete and I drove down from QLD through bush-fires, sweltering heat and with the prediction of 50km/h winds the next day, we were braced for a crazy day.

Well it was one crazy day, but the force was strong!
Here’s a few elements to give you an idea.

Celebrant Maureen Boyle getting everyone in the moment – with speaker on Max!
Beautiful vows
Candy’s mum put on her engagement ring after the wedding rings
Stunning wooden Boats
Walking in the water – bridal party and photographers

Did I mention windy?

Drink the night away…

Awesomely planned, managed, decorated and catered by Ash from Poco Uno Creative

Coffs Harbour Wedding – Alex and Rachel – a few frames

Coffs Harbour Wedding – Alex and Rachel at Villa Vivanté

Last weekend Rachel and Alex were married in a very beautiful part of the world, up in Villa Vivanté, a stunning spot all the way up on the top of the Coffs Harbour hilltops.

Along side them were their two beautiful little girls, gum-nut babies!

Rachel and Alex chose a first look up at the Villa. Alex was in shock as his stunning bride Rachel walked down the stairs to him.

We were able to sneak away down to the beach for a couple of pics, just the two of them in their lovely space, with each other.

We then headed back up to the Villa for the very emotional ceremony, touching and charismatic words by Alison Bartlett.

…and then of course, a huge party that went all night long.

Thank you, Rachel and Alex, for the privilege of being able to be a part of your epic day in paradise.

More of the whole wedding, and some of the best Coffs Harbour wedding photography I have seen, will be coming your way very soon, but for now a no doubt eagerly awaited few pics of the day.

Country wedding in Dubbo NSW – Mick and Amy

Country wedding in Dubbo NSW – Mick and Amy – a few frames

It was “LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT” for these two when they met.

Amy was working with explosives, and Mick was a driller.

Mick couldn’t talk to Amy for a whole year, he was just too shy, despite Amy’s efforts! He would walk away from her!

They slowly saw how much they were alike, that they adored each others qualities, and eventually became good buds.

Mick called Amy “the bomb chick!”

When Mick was forced to move to the other side of the country for work, it got to them both, they couldn’t live without each other.

Amy chased him all the way to W.A.

The rest is history. The epic backyard party in the super friendly country town of Dubbo NSW was a party I will not forget.

My whole trip and my experience with these wonderful bunch of people, is something I am very thankful for.

Amy and Mick, it’s still explosive, as much as I can see love can be.

…and as for the drilling…

Hope these few keep you keen for a while until more come soon.

Thank you for letting me be a part of such a memorable day, and weekend.

…Also, everyone keep an eye out for dinosaurs around here, they may pop up at any time!
