Tamborine Mountain Wedding Photography – Jeff and Wendy – a few frames

Tamborine mountain is one beautiful part of the world. This is where Wendy married her sweetheart, Jeff.

Albert River Winery was the spot they chose, and what a spot!

Wendy, your very detailed lace Luv Bridal gown was just stunning.  Jeff, your blue suit and awesome red bow-tie matched perfectly. Great taste you guys have, and also with finding each other.

Congratulations to you. I know you will be an unstoppable team together in life, on your journey forward.

Many thanks for having Pete and I along on your beautiful day.

Here are a few faves I have chosen for you for now, just as a sneak peek.

More to come soon.

Southern Highlands Wedding Photography – Chris and Emily – Fitzroy Inn, NSW

Chris and Emily, thank you for inviting me to your wedding at the beautiful and historic Fitzroy Inn, in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.

It’s been many years since I have been a guest at a wedding. I know I snapped off a few pics while I was there, but it was wonderful to be on the other side of the camera, for most of the day.

I loved your 1920-30’s theme. Everyone made a huge effort to dress up and I think it’s safe to say we all looked the part.

For now I hope you love the bunch of pics below. I hope I captured the Love, Romance and time….especially between the two of you.

Much Love.

Matt

Byron Bay Wedding Photographer – Haydn and Laura – teasers

Byron Bay Wedding Photographer

Laura and Haydn knew each other back from school. Once they finished school, they crossed paths regularly at after work drinks and house parties.

Slowly, their friendship blossomed into Love.

The big day.

Laura and Haydn chose the stylish Fig Tree Restaurant for their location. After a roller-coaster ride of a morning, Ben Carlyle, their calm and collected celebrant, kept the spirits high as the rain sprinkled down upon everyone.

Heart felt vows were spoken. There were tears all around. It was all then sealed with one hell of a kiss!. And Laura and Haydn were married. These two were meant to be one.

We saw the sun was about to come out so we drove out to a gorgeous little spot up on a big hill in nearby Coorabell. This was one epic photo session, the mist sitting in the valleys, below an intense golden sunset.

Laura, you looked just breathtaking in your elegant Rosa Clara dress. And your gorgeous bouquet from the talented, Poppy and Fern., complimented everything.

Haydn, you were looking very stylish, in your Tom James royal blue suit, no doubt. It was noticeable that you were barely able to take your eyes off your gorgeous new wife the whole time!

Thank you to you both, for such a great day, for inviting us to come along on your adventure.

Our day then turned into night and everyone enjoyed lots of beautiful food and wine. It continued long into the night, with dancing to tunes, by musician Oscar Richardson.

I would also like to send big thanks to my partners there taking amazing pics with me on the day. To the lovely Kate Holmes, and to my awesome sister Hannah, thank you for your talent and support.

Also, hats off to the team at Byron Bay Weddings for putting on such an amazing event.

There wiil be more to come of this stunning day very soon, but for now, we hope you enjoy these.

Tamborine Mountain Wedding Photography – O’Reillys Canungra Valley Vineyard – Ben and Chloe

Chloe and Ben connected over crappy Italian food, but yummy Churros and a walk along the promenade at Southbank in Brisbane, Queensland. They felt completely natural together.

They fell in love shortly after and planned their first overseas holiday together for a years time.

Only a few months in, they were sure they were “the one” for each other!

And skip to now, here we are after their huge wonderful day in the stunning Canungra Valley, looking at snapshots in time of Chloe and Ben being married. Out in a cute but classy Vineyard, under a delicate floral laced arbor, next to a fresh water stream, by lovely words from celebrant Jillian Nogueira and with all their families and close loved ones, they said “I do!”

Chloe, you looked just gorgeous in your pink Alla Moda gown by Paul Cowley….and Ben, what class, decked out in a custom Institchu suit, and of course arriving by Helicopter.

The stars came out later in the night and everyone danced to beautiful acoustic tunes by the talented Mollie Rose and drank merrily all the way to the end.

It was a day in paradise.

Here are a few snapshots in time you will all remember.

Thank you!
